ElectronForge · Early access program

Shape the technology with us.

We are inviting a small group of industrial and research partners to work with us on ElectronForge, our electron beam metal 3D printer, and tune it to real applications.

BeamShape ElectronForge
Who it is for

Three ways to work with us.

INDUSTRY

You need parts lasers can't deliver

Copper, tungsten, titanium or nickel alloys for aerospace, energy or medical applications. Bring a part or a problem and we will look at it together.

RESEARCH

You study metals and processes

Materials science, process development, in-situ observation. A beam that both melts and images opens up experiments that are hard to do elsewhere.

EXPERIMENTAL

You just need the beam

For work outside a printer, we also offer a standalone electron column that can be attached to your own vacuum chamber.

What you get

Closer than a customer.

  • Early insight into the technology and our roadmap, shared in direct conversations.
  • Application development with our electron beam team, focused on your materials and parts.
  • Priority access as the system becomes available.
How it works

Three steps.

01

Tell us what you need

Fill in the short form below. A few sentences about your application are enough.

02

Intro call

We get back to you within a few working days and set up a call with our team.

03

Plan the next step

If there is a fit, we agree on how to work together. Detailed technical data is shared under NDA.

Questions

Good to know.

Can I buy ElectronForge today?

Not yet. ElectronForge is not commercially available at the moment. Early access partners are the first to work with the technology and get priority once it is.

What are the specifications?

The electron column delivers 2 kW of beam power at 60 kV, and the same beam is used for imaging. We share further details directly with early access partners.

Who can apply?

Companies and research groups anywhere in the world that work with demanding metals, or want to. The program is intentionally small, so we look for a good fit on both sides.

Do I need to sign an NDA?

Not to apply or to have a first conversation. We use an NDA when we exchange detailed technical data, to protect both sides.
